Steps to obtain warranty service for your computer
If repairs are ever required, the customer must obtain an RMA folio and provide proof of purchase. Warranty services are performed only by Yeyian or authorized service centers. Any shipping costs after 30 days on any item returned for repair is the responsibility of the customer (from the original date of purchase). All returned parts must have an RMA sheet clearly written on the outside of the package along with a letter detailing the problems and a copy of the original proof of purchase. No package will be accepted without an RMA sheet written on the outside of the package. RMA folios are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue. COD packages will NOT be accepted.
Follow the procedure below if you have a problem with your computer.
STEP 1 & nbsp; & nbsp; & ndash; If the computer needs to be repaired, an RMA sheet will be issued, as well as a guide for sending it to our service center. Follow the instructions given by Yeyian's technical support staff to ship your computer. Yeyian will not accept any shipment without an RMA sheet.
STEP 2 & nbsp; & nbsp; & ndash; Pack the computer in its original box or in a well-protected box, as described in the Packing Instructions. Yeyian will not be responsible for shipping damage / loss or for any product not purchased directly from Yeyian. It is especially important that you write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Yeyian will not pay the return shipping costs outside the Republic of Mexico. Send your computer with a copy of your invoice, receipt or other proof of purchase, your name, address, phone number, description of the problem and the RMA number you have obtained to:

STEP 3 & ndash; Upon receipt of your computer, Yeyian will repair or replace your computer and ship it to you within 2 weeks via Estafeta. This repair time depends on the availability of the components required for the repair.
STEP 4 & ndash; you will be responsible for shipping costs to Yeyian. If no hardware problems are found with your computer, you will be responsible for return shipping fees, as well as a $ 300.00 MXN revision fee. You must pay this fee before we can ship your computer to you. See the Product Return Agreement at the end of this manual.
Post-warranty repair:
For post-warranty repair, the procedure is the same; Except that you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways, the labor and the current price of the parts used in the repair.

This product is warranted to the original purchaser against any defect in materials and / or workmanship. This warranty applies only to computers and components originally configured and manufactured by Yeyian.

Shipping instructions:
Yeyian advises that you ship your computer in the original box and packing materials. If the original box and materials are no longer available, call your shipper to receive the specifications for shipping a package through them. Do not attempt to send by MX mail. MX Mail has no way to track the package in case the package never reaches Yeyian. We recommend Estafeta or any other shipping company that uses tracking technology.
YOUR TICKET NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX OR PACKAGE. PUT A NOTE TO THE SIDE OF THE COMPUTER, INSIDE THE BOX OR PACKAGE. THIS NOTE MUST INCLUDE:
YOUR FULL NAME, ADDRESS, RMA FOLIO, TELEPHONE NUMBER DURING THE DAY AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM.
Packing instructions
Complete gaming computer:
- • The weight capacity of the box must be 20 kg.
- • There must be a minimum of 5 CM of space on all six sides of the computer.
- • The 5CM space should be equipped with SOLID FOAM material. Make sure the material absorbs the impact if it falls.
- • We do not recommend using the following: foam popcorn / peanuts, newspaper, pieces of cardboard, blankets, etc. These materials tend to move inside the case and allow the computer to move and make contact with the sides of the case creating more damage.
- • We recommend using foam bags to protect internal computer components such as video cards, motherboards, fans, etc.
- • Use only heavy duty 5 CM packing tape with a nominal capacity of 25 Kg or more to seal the package.
- • It is strongly recommended that you ensure that the package in case your Yeyian product is received damaged, you may be able to file a claim with its sender. Yeyian is not responsible for damage caused by transportation.
- • If your computer is damaged due to improper shipping, you must instruct Yeyian to repair or return your computer within 30 days. Computers left over 30 days will be subject to a storage fee of $ 15 per day. Any items remaining beyond one year will be discarded at Yeyian's sole discretion.
DAMAGE WILL DELAY THE RETURN OF YOUR COMPUTER
Components
Components and individual parts should be handled similarly:
- • Parts must have sufficient protection to avoid damage, use antistatic bag for memory and peripherals.
- • Hard drives, SSDs, and peripherals must be packaged. Never use an envelope. These parts are sensitive to falling or being crushed.
- • Packages received damaged will be kept in the receiving department and the Technical Support and Customer Service Supervisors will be contacted to contact you regarding the damage. You will then be advised to file a claim with the shipping company.
